• Differentiated service or product offering
• Manageable capital requirements and low technological risk
• Add-on acquisitions for current portfolio companies

Investment Size

• Will invest up to $30 million per transaction, with the ability to arrange much larger equity investments with participation of Primus Limited Partners

• 3 - 7 years
