Loyal W. Wilson

Loyal Wilson founded Primus in 1983. Prior to the formation of Primus, Mr. Wilson was with First Chicago Corporation, where he served in various investment roles within its private equity group. Mr. Wilson earned an AB in Economics from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Indiana University.

Mr. Wilson is a Director of STERIS Corporation (NYSE: STE) and Three Eagles Communications Company. Some of Mr. Wilson's historical board seats include Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (NASDAQ: COCO), DeVry, Inc. (NYSE: DV), Marlin Business Services Corp. (NASDAQ: MRLN), Transfusion Technologies Corporation (acquired by Haemonetics Corp., NYSE: HAE), Realogic, Inc. (acquired by Computer Associates, NYSE: CA) and DecisionQuest, Inc. (acquired by Bowne Business Solutions, a division of Bowne & Co., NYSE: BNE).

Mr. Wilson serves on the Boards of Trustees of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Hathaway Brown School, and the College of Arts and Sciences of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

William Mulligan joined Primus in 1985. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Mulligan served in various management roles at McKinsey & Company, Deere and Company and First Chicago Corporation. Mr. Mulligan earned a BA in Economics from Denison University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Mulligan is a Director of Athersys, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATHX), Cleveland Unlimited, LLC, InSiteOne, Inc., Installed Building Products, PartsSource, Inc. and SPARTA Insurance Holdings, Inc. Some of Mr. Mulligan's historical investments include American Steel & Wire, Inc. (acquired by Birmingham Steel, Inc.), Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: BASI), Golf Galaxy, Inc. (NASDAQ: GGXY), Petzazz, Inc. (acquired by PETsMART, Inc., NASDAQ: PETM) and Universal Electronics, Inc. (NASDAQ: UEIC).

Mr. Mulligan serves on the Board of Trustees of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Denison University.

Jonathan Dick joined Primus in 1991. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Dick served in various sales and management roles at Lotus Development Corporation, IBM and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Dick earned a BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Dick focuses on the firm's business services investment activities. Mr. Dick is a Director of Focus Receivables Management and Pegasus Tower Development Company, LLC. Some of Mr. Dick's historical investments include Digital Analysis Corporation (acquired by CA, Inc. NASDAQ: CA), Focus Interactive (acquired by Ask Jeeves Inc. NASDAQ: ASKJ), Paycor, Inc., Universal Tax Systems, Inc. (acquired by CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business) and Vikimatic Sales, Inc. (acquired by Communications Dynamics, Inc.).

Mr. Dick serves on the Board of Directors of The Holden Arboretum.

Keith M. Kerman

Keith Kerman joined Primus in 2003. Prior to joining Primus, Dr. Kerman was a general partner with Morgenthaler Ventures for six years and a partner with Marquette Venture Partners for two years.  Dr. Kerman was previously an operating executive at U.S. Healthcare where he was president of that company's subsidiary providing outsourced services to self-funded health plans. Prior to joining U.S. Healthcare, Dr. Kerman was a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania where he served on the clinical faculty at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and was a Senior Fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute for Health Economics at The Wharton School. Dr. Kerman has a M.D. from Brown University and a M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Kerman focuses on the firm's healthcare investment activities. Dr. Kerman is a Director of AxioMed, Inc., Community Education Centers, Inc. and Laboratory Partners, Inc. Dr. Kerman also serves on The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Industrial Advisory Board.

Phillip Molner joined Primus in 2001. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Molner served in various roles at McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Molner earned a BA summa cum laude in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University and a JD from Yale Law School.

Mr. Molner focuses on the firm's business services and healthcare investment activities. Mr. Molner is currently a Director of Encore Legal Solutions, Inc., Focus Receivables Management, Healthcare Management Systems, Inc., MedHost, Inc. and Passport Health Communications, Inc. Mr. Molner's historical investments include Universal Tax Systems, Inc. (acquired by CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business).

Scott Seelbach joined Primus as an Associate in 2000 and re-joined the firm after completing business school in 2004.  While pursuing his MBA, Mr. Seelbach completed an internship at Cardinal Growth, L.P., a growth equity/buyout fund based in Chicago.  Mr. Seelbach received a BA in Political Science from Yale University and received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago.

Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Seelbach served as an investment banking analyst at Carleton, McCreary, Holmes & Co. and as an investment banking associate in the Industrial Group at McDonald Investments Inc.

Mr. Seelbach is a Director of Healthcare Management Systems, Inc. and is actively involved in the firm's investments in Cleveland Unlimited, LLC, SPARTA Insurance Holdings, Inc. and Three Eagles Communications Company.

William McMaster joined Primus in 2008.  Prior to joining Primus, Mr. McMaster was a Vice President at Waud Capital Partners ("WCP"), a private equity firm based in Chicago, where he was actively involved in the firms’ investments in Acadia Healthcare Company, LLC and CarePoint Partners, LLC.  Prior to WCP, Mr. McMaster worked for National City Equity Partners (“NCEP”) in Cleveland where he was responsible for the origination, due diligence and execution of a variety of private equity and mezzanine investments.  Prior to NCEP, Mr. McMaster was with Banc One Capital Markets, where he worked in the firm’s merchant banking group.

Mr. McMaster received a BA in Economics from Cornell University and received his MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
