Primus Announces Director Appointment

Cleveland – April 1, 2010 – Primus Capital Funds is pleased to announce the promotion of William R. McMaster to Director.

Bill joined Primus in January 2008 and has served as a Principal since that time. He focuses primarily on investments in the healthcare, education and financial services industry sectors. Prior to joining Primus, Bill served as a Vice President with Waud Capital Partners and as a Senior Associate at National City Equity Partners. Bill received a BA in Economics from Cornell University and received his MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Founded in 1983, Primus invests in established middle-market companies in the business services, healthcare and education industries. Primus partners with experienced management teams to accelerate growth and improve the operating performance of the companies in which it invests. The types of transactions pursued include buyouts, control and minority recapitalizations, and expansion financings.
