Scott Harper joined Primus in 1994. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Harper served as an investment banking analyst with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the New York office. Mr. Harper earned a BA in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College.

Mr. Harper focuses on the firm's business services, education and healthcare investment activities. Mr. Harper is a Director of American Institutes Holdings, LLC, ATI Enterprises, Inc., Pegasus Tower Development Company, LLC and Peopleclick, Inc.
