Scott B. Harper

Scott Harper joined Primus in 1994. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Harper served as an investment banking analyst with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the New York office. Mr. Harper earned a BA in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College.

Mr. Harper focuses on the firm's education and business services investment activities. Mr. Harper is a Director of American Institutes Holdings, LLC, Laboratory Partners, Inc., and Pegasus Tower Development Company, LLC. Mr. Harper's historical investments include ATI Enterprises, Inc. and Peopleclick, Inc.
