Scott Seelbach joined Primus as an Associate in 2000 and re-joined the firm after completing business school in 2004. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Seelbach served as an investment banking analyst at Carleton, McCreary, Holmes & Co. and as an investment banking associate in the Industrial Group at McDonald Investments Inc. Mr. Seelbach received a BA in Political Science from Yale University and received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Seelbach focuses on the firm's healthcare and technology-enabled services investment activities. Mr. Seelbach is a Director of AOD Software, Emmi Solutions, HealthTech Holdings, Inc., PathGroup, Inc., and Three Eagles Communications Company.
