Scott W. Seelbach

Scott Seelbach joined Primus as an Associate in 2000 and re-joined the firm after completing business school in 2004. While pursuing his MBA, Mr. Seelbach completed an internship at Cardinal Growth, L.P., a growth equity/buyout fund based in Chicago. Mr. Seelbach received a BA in Political Science from Yale University and received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago.

Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Seelbach served as an investment banking analyst at Carleton, McCreary, Holmes & Co. and as an investment banking associate in the Industrial Group at McDonald Investments Inc.

Mr. Seelbach is a Director of Healthcare Management Systems, Inc. and PathGroup, Inc. He is also actively involved in the firm's investments in Cleveland Unlimited, LLC, SPARTA Insurance Holdings, Inc. and Three Eagles Communications Company.
