Steven Rothman joined Primus in 1987. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Rothman served in various financial management positions at Acme-Cleveland Corporation, Reliance Electric and Boeing. Mr. Rothman earned a BS in Mathematics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Rothman manages all of the financial, administrative and portfolio company reporting activities for Primus.
