William R. McMaster

William McMaster joined Primus in 2008. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. McMaster was a Vice President at Waud Capital Partners ("WCP"), a private equity firm based in Chicago, where he was actively involved in several investments in the healthcare and business services industries. Prior to WCP, Mr. McMaster worked for National City Equity Partners in Cleveland where he was responsible for the origination, due diligence and execution of a variety of private equity and mezzanine investments. Mr. McMaster received a BA in Economics from Cornell University and received his MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. McMaster focuses on the firm's healthcare, education and financial services investment activities. Mr. McMaster is a Director of American Institutes Holdings, LLC and Ovation Holdings, Inc.
