Dominic E. Offredo

Controller

Dominic Offredo joined Primus in 1998 as Accounting Manager and became Controller in 2001. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Offredo was an auditor and consultant for Deloitte & Touche where he focused on the real estate, not-for-profit and financial services industries. Mr. Offredo, who is a Certified Public Accountant, earned a BSBA in Accountancy from John Carroll University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Offredo manages internal and external financial reporting, including fund financial statements, tax returns and Limited Partner communications. Mr. Offredo also manages the firms cash management activities and the information technology.
