Jonathan E. Dick

Jonathan Dick joined Primus in 1991. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Dick served in various sales and management roles at Lotus Development Corporation, IBM and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Dick earned a BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Dick focuses on the firm's business services investment activities. Mr. Dick is a Director of CardinalCommerce Corporation, Focus Receivables Management, LLC, G2 Web Services, LLC and Pegasus Tower Development Company, LLC. Mr. Dick's historical investments include Digital Analysis Corporation (acquired by CA Technologies, Inc. NASDAQ: CA), Focus Interactive (acquired by Ask Jeeves Inc. NASDAQ: ASKJ), Paycor, Inc., Universal Tax Systems, Inc. (acquired by CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business) and Vikimatic Sales, Inc. (acquired by Communications Dynamics, Inc.).

Mr. Dick serves on the Board of Directors of The Holden Arboretum.
