Ronald Hess joined Primus in 2007. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Hess served as an investment banking analyst in the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Lehman Brothers in New York. Mr. Hess earned a BA cum laude in Economics and History from Middlebury College, and has also completed coursework at the University of Oxford.

Mr. Hess focuses on the firm's business services and healthcare investment activities. Mr. Hess is a Director of CardinalCommerce Corporation, G2 Web Services, LLC and Vendormate, Inc. He is also actively involved in the firm’s investments in HealthTech Holdings, Inc., PartsSource, Inc., PathGroup, Inc. and SterilMed, Inc.
